No he hasnt. He's been up in front of the stewards and punished when there's been no contact with anyone else.

McLaren tried that tack before.Doesnt work.

If you say so but a driver would not be up before the stewards for no reason. Kind of a waste of the stewards time if there isn't anything to investigate.

I didnt say he'd been up before the stewards for no reason.

And the reason is on-track contact with another driver for the incident to be fully investigated.

And I repeat,"He's been up in front of the stewards and punished when there's been no contact with anyone else."
Fed up with this now. Argue with someone else.

TS can remove No.2 because that's just dumb...

And add 1:

- Belgium: Lewis gets penalized for Maldanado swerving across and breaking his front wing in qualifying. Lewis should have avoided and crashed the wall instead. :P

To be honest, I hope he gets more reprimanding this season. It's a cool record...like it or not Lewis is easily the 'badass' on track. And the whiners (like Massa) are Momma's boys.

And Vettel is the class nerd. Teachers pet. Whatever you like. :D

Proud to be a supporter. :whip:

Hamilton's first penalty of the season was a 20-second post race penalty at the Malaysian Grand Prix, for weaving when he was being overtaken by Alonso

Hmmm something Schumacher got away with when against Hamilton...

I think it was in the early part of last year when Nando didn't do well out of penalties and penalty decisions that he came out with what I thought was a really well balanced way for a driver (and their fans) to look at things. He said that sometimes things can go against you, but then again there will be times when you seem to get a break, but, over a season it tends to even out. In short, "you win some you loose some"

There were at least a few people that thought Lewis made just a few more moves than allowed in this little exchange....

Yeah but don't you see the difference here between:

1) BREAKING THE TOW
2) BLOCKING

Not the same thing. MS was blocking Lewis by moving 1 too many times..he moved at least thrice at some points near the braking area. Lewis didn't move over to BLOCK Petrov from overtaking him.

exactly, It was such a long straight Petrov was mirroring Lewis because if he pulled out he would have been too early and lost the slip stream... But come to the braking point both Lewis and Petrov chose their lines and kept to it.

It still happened ;)

He got reprimanded, not penalized
