At least the atmosphere at Barcelona is better now. Pre-2003, before Alonso's time in the limelight, the Spanish were only interested in motorbikes, so the F1 race at Barcelona was poorly attended. Drab racing, drab atmosphere.

The atmosphere now is electric, they just need a better circuit to race on.

It's a great circuit.

It provides and interesting, but safe, race each year, what else are you asking for?

its great to drive but for spectators? its poo! its a big Karting track no room for overtaking at all. Spain needs a better location to host their track. They have failed in Barcelona, and also at the European GP with Valencia.

Spanish GP should be at Jerez. Unforgiving, old school track. As long as they didn't put huge tarmac runoff everywhere.
