Maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaan WTF is up with this guy ??!! ??!! pole agan :eek::yikes::yikes:

Hamilton was fortunate to get the puncture after no one could challenge, would have been terrible to miss out Q3....... other than that, the circuit looks sketchy. I think there will be a SC for certain. Hopefully not Massa !! :D

So they didnt refuel lewis in time  How do his tyres stand for the race? Will he be a soft set short?

LOL Ferrari's solitary comment:
Ferrari says: "Felipe did his job: sixth is at the moment the best he can achieve."

Yeah, he did his job being the rear gunner to 5th place man.

Im sure Lewis is now on an equal pegging with everyone else, because he didnt do a second Q3 stint....

Actually happy with today, Hamilton owning Massa in Q3 was a nice "return" to normal driving aggression.

I was hoping that Button would get ahead and Hamilton would start clean side of the grid but no, Hamiltons bad luck ceases to exist with a puncture and then webber deciding for once to turn up at a race weekend  Not to mention the charging Alonso behind.

Either was Vettel will win cause he needs number two to leave him alone, dont know the rest.

But wont they need three sets of softs and lewis only has two? becuase one is punctured?

Correct. One of those sets is new though, i think, which is some consolation for him.

Pretty meh quali session. I'm going to start only bothering to watch Q2 soon, it's the only real point of interest. :hehe:

Without a challenge to Vettel and with the ultra conservative tactics of tire management, Q3 is a yawnfest. I agree, Scotty, although I'll throw in Q1 is always fun seeing the which of the mid field teams will get caught out and not make it to Q2.
#276822
If they took off the tyre restrictions then quali would be ok again .
#276825
I think the restrictions, although hurts qualifying, actually adds a good extra dimension where it matters in the race. I mean now we'll get to see one of the top drivers going down a different strategy route, it'll be interesting to see how it plays out.

It'll rain so they'll all be down a different strategy route.

Just seen Koby's accident. Lucky he was going at a relatively slow speed. Bound to happen at some point though with these ridicuously high kerbs.

It'll rain so they'll all be down a different strategy route.

If it rains, chances are there won't be a race or there will be a huge delay.
