Drinking responsibly? Ha ha ha! How about smoking responsibly? Or screwing responsibly? Oh, that's something else you'd have to ban according to your logic because especially impressionable people could get hurt or get sick. And then we'd have to ban the Catholic church as well because some of those priests harm young altar boys on a daily basis.
The government can't take away one's responsibility for their own actions! If somebody wants to see Marlboro on the Ferrari and then wants to smoke a cigarette (not even a Marlboro, any cigarette), then have at it - you'd have smoked anyway, whether or not you associated those white stripes with some barcode or not.

how the f*** can you say that the statement "Marlboro still has a presense on the Car" as an unsubstantiated claim?? thats laughable it honestly is!! i can simply prove to you with photographic evidence the fact the team name is SCUDERIA FEERRARI MARLBORO isnt enough for you obviously!

Well i do not like being told that im just a product of force fed information by the teachers in class without making up my own mind on things. We have already gone through the brainwashing agenda in another topic Ofcourse i question things that are taught but theres a pshychological science behind advertising you are taught how people react to certain things etc etc theres more than just making a pretty logo!

and i posted the two logos to show you how Marlboro are using subliminal advertising. There is still the "barcode" there where their logo is usually put. If they were to remove it all together and just have the Ferrari logo then people would not associate Marlboro with Ferrari. the Barcodes are there deliberately to get people to see Marlboro.

bud, your professed concern is about impressionable people, right? Because they need to be protected from the bad bogeyman with his bad ads for bad (though legal) products. At the same time however, you attribute to those impressionable people a more than average sophistication and ability to 'see' some product where there really isn't any, just by association? If somebody has never seen Marlboro or its logo because advertising them is verboten, this somebody would NEVER associate the white stripes with Marlboro. And even if they know Marlboro and its logo, I still doubt they make an association with it just based on the white stripes. And from there it'd still be a far leap to actually get up, leave the house to go to a store and buy a pack and become a smoker

Id like to see F1 start F1TV. F1TV is a global TV channel devoted to F1 and F1 related programming.

They will have a show where callers can call in and win free F1 stuff by answering trivia questions, if the callers are wrong then they are made fun of. They will have a show called "will it stay on?" where contestants try to secure objects to the aero of F1 cars, the object that stays on the longest are added to the hall of fame and the contestant and family get a vacation to the Philippines.

Also, Im not sure if this is a great idea or if this should be a separate league much like F1 but with no rules or restrictions. Simply the fastest team wins. No doubt you would see some of the fastest cars and related technology developed from this.

I have never smoked before and dont like smoking but for some odd reason I have this incredible urge to go buy 4 dozen cartons of Marlboro brand cigs.

and i actually like that F1TV idea. I don't have Sky so I don't know, but is there not a channel like that already? say a motor-racing channel?

No if you actually go back to my first post its the concern that one team is allowed to have Tobacco sponsorship still and why this is so! They have it even at non tobacco events in the form of subliminal advertising.

it was you who brought up aclohol and other substances that bla bla bla should have advertising bans on this and that and this and freedom of choice more bla bla bla but you avoided my question all together by creating this linear of thought.
