It's probably completely wrong but it made me think of possibly the worst ever F1 driver, Taki Inoue when he got hit by the safety car.

Yes in Practice he got hit by a Renault Clieo safety car doing a demonstration run while Inoue was being towed back to pits. The worst part was that the impact put his car into a roll and Inoue wasn't wearing his seatbelt. A chunk was taken out of helmet. Scary stuff.

Thank you both, Spanky and Azza.

He was hit and rolled at Monaco while being towed back to the pits during practice as Azza said and then again during the race in Hungary when he stepped into the path of a marshal's car while trying to extinguish his engine fire. His 'Footwork' wasn't the best...

Oh I never even thought of the part about the answerer making a question. I'm really bad at that. I know so little about F1 history. But I will try to come up with something. But anyone else can/should put up a question in the meantime.
But you make a good point, I looked it up because I wanted to know the answer, and I am now slightly less stupid because of that.
