And i personally don't like the new silenced Hamilton its boring as hell watching interviews with media drones or drivers with no personality/emotion, you may have not liked what he said but atleast he expressed some emotion and didn't just act like a robot like some.

And also every driver blames the other guy in accidents most just don't get as much screen time as Hamilton.

There's blame and then calling fellow drivers and stewards stupid; I don't want Hamilton to be 'silenced'; speaking your mind is fine by me as long as it's controlled and respectful expression, driver one will blame driver two & driver two will blame driver one, that's part and parcel of racing, it's modern rules that's the problem; drivers getting penalised for racing incidents, where there is a percentage of blame on both sides, it's a racing incident; but stewards seem to punish the driver with the bigger percentage of blame this year, even if only a 5% swing either way!

I'm seriously surprised to see so many happy with Schumacher's driving and so many commenting on the fact they want to see real racing.

Especially considering it was only a few months ago when everyone was criticising Hamilton for being too aggressive and reckless and not giving other drivers enough room etc.

I wonder how long till it flips again?

I did criticise Hamilton at Monaco; not because of his driving; but because of his reaction in front of he TV cameras; blaming other drivers, "he turned into too early"; for me it was a robust slamming of the door to a aggressive move up the inside; this is motorsport; not overtaking on a motorway. I see the Schumacher/Hamilton battle at Monza as the same thing, just that Lewis was more more cautious! You just have to read my signature to realise my feelings on modern F1!

I named no names i just think its funny how Hamilton was too aggressive/reckless back than according to alot of people and yet when other drivers are aggressive/reckless they are praised for it.

There is a difference between being aggressive, causing an accident, and then not owning. it.

Wow, just watched the bbc forum.

Arent Jenson and Whitmarsh just the ultimate best buds

When Hamilton won in Germany Whitmarsh face was like someone had just bitch-slapped his wife.

His team has a poor result in Monza and its all happy fun and games because Jenson came second, again.

Oh my good god i posted that^ just after the initial part, now Whitmarsh is saiyng how Jensons such a good overtaker and well as a thinking driver.

Please someone tell me Jenson isnt their favoured driver now, im up for a good laugh.

Much like Hamilton and Ron Dennis. Each team boss will have their favourite, only some are professional enough to hide it from the public eye.

Im not even going to argue that, your right Dennis did favour Hamilton, maybe its just a own medicine phase, problem is.......

How is it going to end? Will Lewis be put under 5 more years of favouritism? Alonso only had to do one......

Whitmarsh definitely cant hide it though, pathetic.

Fraf you're talking nonsense for a change. Hamilton is not being hindered in any way in favor of Jenson. Suggesting that is so is what is laughable!

Well then laugh at it, but im assuming your a Hamilton fan, which makes laughing somewhat self-inflicting.

Didnt say he was being hindered, i said Old Whittymarsh seems to favour Jenson passively, like, who would you rather win, Jenson, not, shall we ruin Hamilton to favour Jenson, no.
#274590
Self Inflicting? Hardly! Your problem is you're too egotisticle to realize what you think is going on at McLaren is factual. You're basing your opinion on tv interviews and other media outlets yet you have no inner knowledge of the team, Lewis would kick up a fuss if he thought Jenson was being favored in anyway and vice versa! Truth is there is a harmonious environment as good as you'll get from two world champions as team mates.

It seems you're always looking for something or someone to blame for Hamilton not winning.

yeah out of all the hamilton fans on this forum, i am the one that consistently blames his shortcomings on something else, well now i have only to see a man eat his own head to have really heard it all, what a pricelessly outrageous observation, of all of you, it is me that is the worst at blaming someone else.....
richer that chocolate cake that is.

Wow. i am truly amazed.

Think this debate has run its course, i believe what i believe.

Fraf people still believe the earth is flat, doesn't mean they're right. But bless their ignorance!

We arent talking about whats fact or not we're talking about opinion. Thats the difference.

Lol..typical. If it was Button that Schusmasher had done the moves on you would be up in arms, you know it and many on this forum know it. If it was Lewis breaking the two move defending rule which was clearly broken by Schusmasher you would be all over Lewis like a rash, you ain't fooling anyone. It was more than once that Schusmasher broke the rules to defend himself.

The only reason your boy Button got pass is because Lewis had been run of the track onto the grass and had to pull up and Schusmasher had worn his tyres out.

There have been many drivers that have blamed other drivers throughout F1 history and that will never change, look at some of the things Schumsmasher has done, bet you have no problem with him.

Man up and just admit when it come to Lewis he can't do anything right in your eyes, don't make silly excuses about why you don't like him.

No point in trying to convince yourself that your dislike has a reason lol other than you just don't like him,why only you know the true reason why but i could probably guess.

Oh, and your a mod and this is just my opinion so i am sure your not going to give me another warning for an opinion, right? :yikes:

<No, no warning for an opinion unless that opinion includes some sort of a personal attack, which you've so kindly edited before I did> Thank you for noticing and removing it. WB

Have you listened to what Ross brawn has said on this and watched the footage? Hamilton got past to a large extent on merit but with a bit of good fortune with Schumacher being distracted by a radio call but largely on merit. Button got past as Schumachers tyres were shot by then. You could see the rear end squirming and it is a well known fact that the Mercs are hard on their tyres.

Now before you call driver favouritism, I am not a fan of Hamiltion or Button.
