The only thing I didn't like is the italian crowd, they are just so unfair, especially when you compare them to english or german fans.

Yeah, quite a lot of booing when the podium ceremony was taking place.

Quite unlike the British crowd, who this year, when Alonso won, were very very appreciative and respectful.

Quite sad to see really. But the Tifosi only have eyes for one team and kind of had a win taken from them.

Well, the season will likely end next GP in Singapore. Congratulations to RB and Sebastian Vettel for a flawless season.

This race... blah, good solid driving by Button but it was embarrassing to see Schumacher get away with the way he repeatedly blocked Hamilton... when the boss gets on the radio to tell you to cut it out, and the stewards don't penalize the guy.

It was total attrition up and down the grid today! I'm glad that the Tifosi at least got a guy on the podium to celebrate. There were some good battles for the last points.

The one thing that spoils Monza is that the itailians can let their passion for Ferrari boil over......often!! :banghead:

Still really enjoyed it thought. :D

Not taken from them. It was never on the cards in the first place, no matter how much KERS Alonso utilised at the start.

Button, again, very smart and good drive, for me, he is the number one driver now in McLaren!

I agree with you on Button having a solid, smart drive but I think you're projecting a bit on the number one driver status... that moniker maybe be used at Ferrari and Red Bull, but not at McLaren (at least with their current driver pairing)

Alonso led briefly, that's enough for the Tifosi! Either way, the booing was quite sad and uncalled for.

I think Jenson and Sebastian were laughing on the podium to each other about the boo's they received when they got their trophies. Its true though, People say they (the Tifosi) are passionate, but they sure as hell have no respect. And using passion as an excuse is bollocks if you ask me!

I agree lol.

Anyone thinking that Jensen is the number one driver is wishful thinking.

The season is not over and 9 points in front of Lewis is not enough of a gap to guarantee him finishing in front.

If Lewis still manages to finish in front of Jensen then what does that really say about Jensen?

All the DNF Lewis has had and you still finish behind him,not good.

Jensen and the British press/bbc are desperate for Jensen to finish in front of Lewis,i still don't think he will.

Exactly Bud, all 3 did a fantasic job and deserve to be applauded. Makes me wonder what the reaction would be if there was an ex-Ferrari driver on the podium.

It's good that Vettel and Button were able to laugh it off though.

Just seen the 1st lap incident again. I think that's the furthest up the grid an HRT has ever been! Joking apart, it could have easily have been a really nasty smash.

Lewis has had 2 DNFs this season, just like Jenson.

And neither were JB's fault!

Nope. Couldn't believe that one at Silverstone. Was crushing when that happened

I also felt really sorry for the poor mechanic who happened to be holding the faulty wheel-gun. :(

True that, but they wont get their wish that's for sure. Too much quality for Hamilton to lose out to a scavenger driver like Button.

Eddies just been talking about the Lewis - Michael action. He said it's like a football ref who only books someone who continually fouls.
He thinks Michael had a few chances and then behaved himself after Ross got on the radio.

If it had been Lewis, he would have got one chance and then it's drivethrough time.
Not impressed by Eddie here, but to be fair, Brundle said Michael was out of order right from the first double block.
