Fantastic crowds under the podeum, as always in Monza. Pure class!! 8-)

Monza's always been my favourite, and once again, it hasn't let me down. What a gem of a venue. :cloud9:

Agree LewEngBridewell, I love Monza. A classic that should always be on the callender. 8-)

Really enjoying Singapore now too, so bring on the 25th. :D

What do we all think about Schumacher's blocking then? Great racing, but there were some times when he blocked more than once.

I think it was on the verge of being illegal but as always with Schumacher he was pushuing things as far as possible but it was excellent racing.

According to Ross Brawn, Charlie Whiting had a quiet word and asked Brawn to say something to Schumacher. A penalty would have killed a fantastic fight so I think this was a very sensible move by Whiting to reign it in slightly but keep the fight going at the same time.

Incidently, what were the fans shouting behind Eddie Jordan and Jake Humphrey just now? It sounded like "No more Ferrari" Surely not?

It's not consistent, we have just heard that Charlie told Ross Brawn tell Micheal to calm down..WTF is that about lol. Can you imagine Charlie saying the same thing to Martin about Lewis, nope he would of got a penalty.

Unsure. I couldn't make out what they were shouting.

im ashamed at how lewis was actually penalised for breaking a tow once and schumacher gets nothing for much worse.

Agree. I thought Schumacher drove well today, but moving twice to block is not on. Lewis always gets a penalty, where others can do what they like it seems.
I'd love to see Lewis in a Red Bull TBH. Then we'd see who's the fastest, as today, his McLaren had a rubbish ratio setup.

Nope it was not on the verge it was illegal plain and simple,if it was Lewis or Jensen you would have no problem saying it was illegal.

Gotta love him!!! :clap::clap::clap:

What a move on Alonso, that was one of the true classics!!! He drove too fast for anyone, and even had time to calculate!
The helmet said it all, with the tears too!!!
Button, again, very smart and good drive, for me, he is the number one driver now in McLaren! Alonso, like always, problems with hard tires, he was a bit lucky in the end.

Small suprises: Alguersuari (again), Senna (niiice) and Kovalainen, close to points.

The only thing I didn't like is the italian crowd, they are just so unfair, especially when you compare them to english or german fans.

Seb takes the season on the next GP!!!:clap::clap:

no more sky, they seemed british in the immediate background.

Exciting race, hope the title is taken in singapore so we can ignore PR talk and see good hard racing.

Exactly. Wtf is this all about, its like 1 set of rules for Lewis and another for everyone else. Would Charlie the idiot tell Martin to tell Lewis to "give more space please give more space" no, bring that unruly guy in for a drive through, OR, a reprimand.

Plus someone should've told McLaren that this is the fastest track on the calendar...having stupidly slow cars on the straights and mighty quick through 1 set of corners isn't going to help very much in the race.

Yeah, quite a lot of booing when the podium ceremony was taking place.

Quite unlike the British crowd, who this year, when Alonso won, were very very appreciative and respectful.
