This song was played during Cosby Stills Nash and Young's Freedom of Speech Tour 2006 and was shown on BBC4 at the time. The set featured songs written by soldiers who had been in Iraq, most of them suffering trauma from what they had seen and experienced and a few who had been seriously injured. this song created a bit of a stir with some audience members (let's call them idiots) leaving and complaining that the set was too political. What the hell else do they expect at a CSN&Y concert?! This concert is well worth a watch.

I did a play along yesterday and it is pretty easy, so's the solo but I haven't memorised it yet. I'll maybe see if my camera is any good at recording and post a video at some point. Last time I tried it the sound was pretty poor but it was outside with quite a bit of wind blowing.

Show off. I think there are 2 or 3 guitars that play the solo so I don't think any 1 person, no matter how good, could do it justice.

Well ive pretty much learnt it, waiting for a chance to record it with some volume, ill put it on youtube for you to see but ill be taking it down once you have cause it just aint my cuppa.


Soon as the rents are doing something ill uickly do it, the solos pretty easy but theres one part where you gotta do a big stretch with your hand and i friggin hate though, so might hear one bum note or two, but itll be good.

Im not well going to be wearing shin high black socks with quarter lengths and plimsols am i?
