I haven't seen a Citroën in ages, basically since I moved to the States. The new one looks like any other car which is sad. What happened to the distinct styling of Citroën cars in the old days? Such as http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Citro%C3%ABn_CX

The new C5 looks good, but one thing I found with French cars is that build quality is a little flimsy and the electronics were dodgy. I haven't had much experience with them for a decade, maybe things have moved on since.

The Citroën SM was an interesting car at the time, it came about when Citroën purchased Maserati in 1968 with the intention of harnessing Maserati's high performance engine technology.
