Fed up with this now. You cant be constructive. You only look at Lewis' mistakes and ignore everyone else's. I'll leave you to have fun with you little Hamilton hate game. :wavey:

1. I was constructive, take his time and lessen the mistakes, concentrate Lewis.

2. Hamilton hate game, your talking to andrew but if your suggesting im playing this game......your wrong.

Hamilton hate game? Sore loser. :hehe:

I don't hate the guy, I just think he's a twit. There is obviously some talent there but there are also too many mistakes. Why is that?

I think that Hamilton is feeling some frustration, because when he arrived in F1 and nearly won the championship as a rookie, he thought he was going to be the next Schumacher. Then he won the championship, and it looked even more that this would happen. But now SV has won two championships (bar the shouting) and is looking like eclipsing LH.

Dont agree, possible entirely, but dont agree thats the case, dont think he cares about Vettel for one, its just the fact more years then not his car hasnt been the best, infact, bar 2007 he has never had the downright best car, hes going to most likely be with Mlcaren his whole career, and i think once that time comes again that his car starts out top, or near top and not another car dominant, then he'll win the title for sure i rekcon, and once that next ones out the way, and lets not kid ourselves hes got at least another 10 years in the sport, he will win another wdc, then itll all be right as rain, hes just going through a bad patch in terms of emotion.

The mistakes howeer have always been there, but maybe hes trying to compensate for the lack of front running car. Cant blame him for that, to be fair if hes not going to win the championship, and he was never "meant" to in 2010 and 2011 lets be fair and honest, they were always going to a red bull driver depsite all the DNF's it was just too good a car, anyway if hes not going to win theres no harm in him going for it, but im not sure he is just outperforming it too much, he just makes mistakes a lot for no apparent reason?

hamilton is the guy I have followed since he rrived and set the scene alight in the first season, I love mclaren also. I today am starting to get worn down with is amateur antics in his driving style, he seems to expect everything now, lets look at this weekend, he gives maldonkeyado a bit of a crazy move on the last corner in qualifying always going to be looked at by the stewards.
turns in on kobyashi expecting him to move out he way, what a douche, and that is only this race, they say johnny herbert was one of the unluckiest drivers, well i feel its lewis because he always screws it up big time, doesnt know his limitations, doesnt know the cars limitations and now to me looks like he doesnt have the required skills to be another world champion, and dont blame the car, the car is good now, he needs to get more tools in his tool box, just a pity he didnt complete his apprenticeship.

He'd be well and truly out of his comfort zone, some people excell in a situation like that whereas others strggle but I guess we'll never know.

just a name aint it? doesnt make them a front runner every year based on their past, its was a low midfield runner for 2009, handled it superb.

listen to what your both suggesting that hamilton is somehow tje first ever driver that can compete and win at the front end of the grid, but couldnt lower down?

its the most absurd thing ive ever heard

Absolutely awesome race. Would have liked to see it without the DRS being active. There was plenty of passing without it, it seemed to just let the passers romp away.

I was really frightened watching Hamilton sitting in his cockpit not moving, and then the marshall comes over and starts waving his hand. Thank god for the HANS device, without which Lewis might have been very seriously hurt. That was a 150KM/H smash headfirst into a wall. I am guessing 150 since they get up to 300 down that straight and he was starting his braking maneuver, could have been higher.

Schumi for the drive of the day. Absolutely wonderful drive from Michael. Watching his on the opening lap weaving his way past cars (granted they are slower) shows his racecraft.

Webber and Alonso at Eau Rouge... Wow!!!

I have to agree with Coulthard, watching Button make that move on Rosberg, especially with the dipping out of the tow to bleed off some speed was awesome.

Spa is an awesome track. It needs to stay in F1 FOREVER!!!

I thought it was an exciting race. Pity Alonso couldn't finish higher up the order. But I think it was basically that the car wasn't fast enough throughout the race, there was no bad luck or circumstances outside his control. Massa fought well for much of the race, though he looked a bit lackluster temporarily when Rosberg passed him and he didn't fight back. But, then he was a real racer coming back through the field after his puncture.

Hamilton and Kobayashi were a racing incident, pure and simple. If Hamilton is going to be bumping into people regularly, then he's going to come off worse at least some of the time. We had quite a few exciting "around the outside" passes in the race where the drivers had to trust the other driver to leave them room. Kobayashi really gave it a go, but Hamilton didn't notice he was there. Result: tears.

Vettel drove well, and deserved his win. I noticed quite a few impressive and brave Vettel passes, which should answer those who claim that he can only win from the front.

Button drove a very good race, and very much deserves his podium from 13th place.

Senna: great qualifying, shame about the race.

I pretty much agree with what you've said here. And I particularly loved Vettel's pass around the outside of Alonso.

I had the privilege of watching the race with a friend, and I tried explaining to him - you don't see Vettel go into wheel-to-wheel battles, because his motto is to extract the maximum without taking too many risks. Some drivers prefer to extract the maximum AND take risks. However, I do hope to see a few more Vettel overtakes - but sometimes he has blistering (better not use that term anymore, aye? :hehe: ) out-laps where he overtakes 3 or 4 cars fighting for position, if he knows his strategy depends on it.

By the bye, I really do not want to see DRS again next year. I think it's quite clear we do not need it. We already have the mix right with KERS and Tires. I think Vettel has a greater skill in defensive driving, but it's not quite apparent with that bliddy artificial aid. :irked:

But Button and Schumacher. And seriously, more so Button - what pedigree he has. He has a completely different approach to racing, which I absolutely detested at first, but I'm starting to really like it. This year I'm really starting to appreciate drivers who are more calculating in "extracting the maximum" and who focus on the greater picture of the race and not the here-and-now and the immediate situation of the drivers around them. The only downside is how that a lot of these drivers are not good at qually - hence why I think Vettel is the real deal.

Sometimes, pushing for overtakes could severely affect the outcome of your race and your strategy, particularly with with the current tires. Hence I do not care too much about Vettel not pushing for overtakes - as long as he doesn't bin it. :nono:
