Vettel, Webber and Alonso seem to be chewing their tyres pretty bad, especially the Bull's. Alonso's gone onto the hards now so we'll see what Red Bull do.

Two very competitive guys going for the same piece of tarmac, both not wanting to yeild and the inevitable happened. Just the nature of the beast. Not the first incident we've seen like this and it sure as hell won't be the last.

vettels now won his second title, congratultions to him, hes done a lot more for his championship deserving image for me and i guess a lot of others this year, hope they arent like this next uear though, be nice yo see a "normal" f1 year again.


s*** race for myself lolol Hamilton out and Kobayashi out the points, the incident was just one of those things, unfortunately Hamilton is always one of one of those things!

Fantastic race! Best race of the season so far I think. Never a dull moment and an amazing track.

Nice first Spa win for Vettel. Well chuffed with that!

Another good bit of tyre management by Button. Really thought Alonso had 3rd in the bag then out of nowhere Button caught up.

Disappointed for Rosberg and Massa after both had amazing starts. Really surprised that Hamilton fell so far back early int eh race. Really expected this to be a McLaren track, though given Button finished 3rd Hamilton could well have won.

Senna caused carnage at the start but given that this is his first time being so far up the grid, it can be excused to an extent. Gutted for Torro Rosso, but I don't think this was their fault. Both drivers were just in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Hamilton v Koby, racing incident. These things happen.

Driver of the day has to be Schumacher last to 5th.

Monza next, expect a McLaren dominance there.

What does it matter...further cements Vettels WDC anyway. The Mclaren never had the pace from the start, it looked like Jenson Button driving in Hamiltons car for the first 5 laps. If Hamilton doesnt finish while not racing for victory it doesnt really matter. I think he didn't believe he could win anyway.

Driver of the race: THE SCHUM. I was rooting for him behind Britney...well done old man!

Schumacher definitely gets driver of the day, pretty much a flawless race and once more showed us why he won so many championships. I do hope Mercedes can at least get on to the same level as the front-runners in the odd race next year, give Michael and Nico a chance of fighting for podiums and the occasional win, because both of them can do it.

I reckon you is dreaming! A nice dream, but it ain't going to happen. The Merc has the best top speed I believe but it is too harsh on its tyres.

The tifosi only have eyes for anyone in red.

Schumi, Button, Maldonado ( X) )... Progressing a lot! Too bad for Torro Rosso drivers, Senna caused a silly crash... Hamilton, hmmm... He was already ahead, why didn't he look in the rear view mirror?! Kobayashi, why did he steer so early? Too bad, Hamilton would spice up the battle... BUT, Vettel was so damn fast today, even with tyre problems!
All in all, we all know who is number 1!!!

Is Monza tough on tyres? Think not...best chance yet for Redbull to get back to back 1-2s. Their top speed wasn't shabby here. So much for McLarens big talk on their back to back wins....they were pathetic in Spa. Ferrari seemed to have their number, but busted Alonso with a bad call by not pitting under SC.
