You said he was wishing they were as big as Hamiltons, implying that Hamilton is now a eunuch or has much smaller cajones. Maybe if he was saying "I wish I had balls as big as....".

Anyway, I reckon he's having a laugh about Montoya's really saggy man boobs! He's saying "they were all the way down to here, flapping in the breeze".

Lewis's problem is that's the particular organ he has chosen to let do his thinking, hence the predictable outcome.

“You can argue he has the quicker car, but just look at Jenson and Lewis. They have the same car but it is Button who is leading him in the championship.

You might want to hit the grammar books. RC is correct.

Btw, these Lauda verbal diarrhoea moments are getting old. Whenever Button jumps ahead of Lewis in the standings (albeit briefly) Lauda's mouth starts flapping...very few people pay attention to him anymore. He's made a lot of stupid comments and become the next "Paddock Mouth" after Irvine. At least Irvine was witty.
