Well I could just retort by saying your opinions suck, Fraffy. But that would just degenerate this thread. Saying my opinion is classless an stupid isn't going to really elevate positive feelings here. Since that is simply your opinion of my opinion, which is entirely subjective...and yes, doesn't really matter at all

Well if you truly think it id rather you did, rather then beat around the bush, im man enough to take it on the chin.

Like I said, I'm not playing the what if game...but we all watch the sport for a reason. To see different drivers/driving styles and to pick our favourites. If we're just going by numbers, take a look at the statistics on the net and don't bother switching on your tele.

We didnt JUST go by numbers, i didnt solely use statistics to prove my point? I used general opinion as well as context too.

Only what you said previously did i find classless and stupid and even then that was a bit harsh from myself, not everything you say.

I don't rate Alonso as high as many do today. Simply from years I've seen him drive, he's a fantastic driver no doubt, cream of the crop and all that but never the best driver out there.

Well then you really should explain that you only think hes overrated in the seonse of not being the best out there, you didnt say any of that, you just made excuses for his titles, called him overrated for good measure and just plain attacked him, adding to the fact you dont like him, its hard to take it seriously.

I like seeing the best drivers get their share of success simply because they deserve it. Kimi, for example had more raw talent than Alonso but he didn't get his fair share...1x WDC is poor for his standards I believe. The same way I think 2x WDCs might be worthy for Alonso but the number of WDCs is not complete proof of a drivers calibre. Michael 2 times better than Senna anyone?

Nobody said it was complete proof, but it always goes on record and most people judge drivers from the past on their titles, hill was good but piquet was better for example. I dont like that Vettel will soon have as many as a driver i think is twice as talented (Alonso) and more then a driver i think is even more talented (Hamilton) Ive already said my piece on that including how no driver doesnt deserve titles, they all do if they win it at the end of the year, car dominant or not, but its a shame to me that other drivers much better didnt get that chance.

And you being a so called 'Lewis fan' and stating positive opinions of other drivers does not make your opinion any more valid than mine. Sorry, but thats the truth. I can say Lewis is crap and Narain Karthikeyan is definitely better (but hold on, Im a LEWIS FAN!)...my opinion is still crap because everyone can base the facts using their own judgement.

Dont be a slanderous fool, i never said it was,, but people are more likely to have an opinion worth listening too when their judging with no affiliation or bias. The mere fact you say " as so called lewis fan" quite often in regards to my opinions is in hilariously dramatic irony, exactly the reason why i like to point out where my loyalties lie when im posting, because its not the norm to say things like i say about my own drivers on here, because fans are usually fanboys. You often dont like how im like a PR disaster in the war between the Vettels and the Hamiltons on here with my public traitoring of the Hamilton fanbase, its called not being bias and having a level head on things. Hes not perfect and i dont mind saying it. Im probably more of a Hamilton fan then half that call themselves such.

To conclude, I think Alonso is a top 3 driver but thats it. And another thing, I can't stand the guy but that's my problem. I don't enjoy seeing him win races, and I enjoy seeing him lose races - again, my problem. I continue cheering for whom I believe is the best, and look forward to drivers I dislike failing to win races. That's the hard truth, and many of you here are the same even though you'd never admit it, yes including YOU Fraffy!

There was a thread months back where it got onto " ooh no im a respectful F1 fan and i like seeing all drivers finish the race" TOTAL B*LLSHIT.
There is not a single, single fan that does have a favourite or non favourite, basically anyting other then totally neutral that doesnt enjoy seeing rivals they either dont like or are challenginf their favourite falling off the circuit or crashing, theres no such things, anyone that tels you otherwise is Pinnochio on steroids. Liars. When Vettel spun off in Canada and Germany, infact he went off in Hungary too its better then anything else because it stops him getting such a lead, if Hamilton crashes i feel like breaking the TV.

Thats exactly what i said in this thread months back, so telling me i wont admit it actually gets me worked up with the hypocrisy and ridiculousness. Im practically one of about.....one that can admit things like that on here.

Where does he require it? Maybe good drivers know that having number 1 status gives them more titles?

Correct me if im wrong but this so called driver has two titles, and the one you support despite never having been in any other car then the second most successful team in the history of F1, has only one title.

Im looking forward to how you justify that, especialyl considering Schumacher won 7 titles too with the same, get number 1 status approach.

Mclaren didnt favour Alonso in 2007, and yet he still kept up with him?

Hey man, the least you could do when your always complaining about Hamilton fans being the worst is take the oppurtunity when a Lewis fan says Alonso is best and disses his own driver to big up Vettel.......not cool.

A true Hamilton fan would not say such things about Alonso, saying he is the best in the sport yadda yadda. My mistake, I thought this was the Vettel thread where we discuss Vettel. Clearly this is not the Vettel thread and I am in the wrong place to discuss Vettel. This is clearly the Alonso and Hamilton thread and not the Vettel thread that I was looking for. Man am I lost. Can some kind soul please point me in the direction of the Vettel thread? I don't know about Hamilton fans, but I can very well be an FM fan and still say FA is the better driver of the two. I'm just sayin'...
