It's on the 29th of August, which means I'll most definitely be in London at the time. This is a massive blow, because if I'd have been up North at the time, it would only have been a short bus ride for me to get there.

Ah, c'mon! It's a 200+ miles, 4-hr drive - you can do it

will we hear Bernie do his usual thing after a demonstration and bring up the possibilities of a Manchester GP?

He'd be mad. Manchester isn't exactly the prettiest of cities. :hehe:

I'm tempted to go, it's 20 minutes on the Met and would be good fun.

I wouldn't go even if I lived in Manchester!

 Oh c'mon andrew, you LOVE street circuits don't you?? :hehe:

If one were to be held in Manchester, I would be down there like a shot! Don't think we need a load more street circuit at the moment though. Maybe Manchester could replace Valencia however! :hehe:

You could still enjoy yourself on the Formula One connection though...

Absolutely! And the sight and the NOISE and the passion. It'd be amazing. If I could be there, I really would. Especially as I support McLaren. :cloud9:

Yes but Manchester is something like 6 or 7 hours on the train. Makes it far too expensive for the amount of time I'd be there plus my limited funds are for essentials like food and keeping a roof over my head.
