8 ball easy for you to say as a Ferrari fan, you never have anything to "whine" about do you whent he governing body sucks ferrari sausage ;)
its not about going over the car its about not giving an answer after the forensic team put their findings forward to the fia. and there should be no ones say on the matter in any event. it should be only between the fia and McLaren.

1st of all i am NOT a ferrari fan. but if it is Ferrari's technology possibly on the car why shouldn't they have a say? the FIA have to go to them to get the specs of the ferrari 2007 car anyway

this thread is yet more whining from Mclaren fans. if the 2008 car has ferrari stuff on it it should be banned simple as that. I agree with the fact that no other team other than ferrari should get a say at the WMSC hearing. And another thing how is this mad max's fault? Is he wrong for checking that Mclaren isn't cheating?

Whining from McLaren fans?! Damn right, because the team is shafted, again, by the powers that be in the sport. As for Ferrari, why should even they have a say? Analysts have been appointed to look at the McLaren MP4-23. It either does or does not have Ferrari intellectual property on it and no input from Ferrari, or anybody for that matter, will change that. What is the point of specially appointing people to investigate an issue if further investigation is required? I'll give you the answer: to cause as many problems at McLaren as possible.

I don't see any unjust complaints (whining) it is outragous that a team cannot have their car validated until 4 weeks before the season starts, to agree with other posts, the only logical reasoning for this can be to cause maximum hinderance and insecurity to the team, it is also unjust that competotors are among the people who will decide their fate for 08, if this is the case all teams should be equally reprisented and chaired by impartial person / persons.

Well said Phil. Sounds obvious stuff doesnt it. But then this is the FIA we are dealing with. Max will not be happy until he has ruined McLaren and Ron Dennis. Ferari fans do you really want to win that way? Surely Ferrari are worth better than that.

Ferrari will alway's be the scapegoat even when Max is gone :!::roll: ! McLaren got majorly shafted this year and I have alway's said I like and support McLaren but my god I, well never mind, it's really not worth the arguement.

You need to live in the UK and read UK F1 press Texas to fully understand the brain washing.

They are taught to hate Ferrari, with very clever journalism and selective "fact finding".

Complete rubbish. From what I've seen, heard and read, McLaren got a kicking from everybody this season. The only person to escape criticism was golden-boy Hamilton.

The track record of Ferrari and the FIA speaks for itself.

funny how i dont live in the UK and have the same views on the subject as say McLaren Fan over there in Northern Ireland.
Infact demure you and i have the same level of media attention given to F1 over here in Australia and that is little compared to what you get in Europe and in that it has nothing but praise for Ferrari especially from say Bill Woods

PM me your postal address, I'll send you some copies of some old Autosports when Schumacher was at his peak. Every shot of Micheal was sneering or making an aggressive face, every article criticising his ability saying it's only because he's in the best car. Then to top it all off countless articles on how Ferrari are cheating.

I'm not imagining this, British journalism is very one sided...

I'll agree with that deMure. the newspapers are either liberal or conservative and anti ferrari articles far outweigh the pro ferrari ones. It seems none of the journalists are taking Britain "media impartiality" law very seriously

while youre at that why not get Certom to mail out some Italian F1 magazines. Im sure that Ferrari is nothing but praised as the clean sporting racing gods while teams like McLaren are nothing but evil british bar stewards.

Every Euro nation has one sided media views demure its only human nature

Yep, I was just explaining to Texas why the British posters on this forum hate Ferrari so much.

Europe is very much like this, all the countries hate each other.

I'm sure German papers paint Schumacher as the 2nd coming of Christ that can do no wrong. Perhaps I was just stating the obvious.
