Ever since the days of Prost and Senna there has always been a complete neep (with the exception of Berger) in one of the McLarens.

Was Berger really that much different from Coulthard? Both won races, but not championships.

Berger was a lot better than Coulthard.

Perhaps but coulthard seemed to be too much of a rear gunner and seemed more than happy to pull over for Hakkinen and take part in other McLaren based on-track shenanigans.

Ok I can only remember as far back as 1994 but that is still more than some.
