I'm sorry but your not doing the 'Americans are ignorant' stereotype any good  . But im sure you didnt mean to make it sound like that.

Maybe it is best if you try not too speak for other's  .

Maybe you should take your own advice. You just spoke for a population of 1 billion. Hypocrisy slapped in your face and you still don't realize it yet.

I am in 2 minds over this. the team is called Force India but has no indian driver. Then again HRT does not have a spanish driver either. So FI are not really promoting India.

However, if I was a team owner I should be allowed to sign who I like as it is my train set. I am sure Paul Di Rista was signed because of a nudge from Mercedes, if that nudge was "engines at half price" then so be it, It is my money and team so it is my say.

I've got no problem with accents... there, that one was southern Indian. This one right here, New Zealender. And look, right now, this one right here, Brooklynese.

 I've just read through a few of the posts in an attempt at an Indian accent and amused myself immensely.

I don't care what's in a team name to be honest. Indians should be pleased they've got a TEAM dedicated to their country. It is, after all, a TEAM sport.

I don't think much of Vijay Mallaya. The man is all about bravado. I saw a documentary on Indian life, and Vijay made some very crass remarks about the poor. The man is all about himself. He still hasn't paid Liuzzi for driving last year, and Tonio hasn't got the money to sue him....

Quite a common theme amongst some Indian businessmen is to only pay when the authorities come knocking. Story is that this isn't a totally uncommon theme at the Force India factory with small suppliers either....

Nationality shouldn't be a prerequisite to a seat, but I see no problem with it helping drivers either. I remember Ligier producing some fine French drivers....

If Mallaya has principle, he would at least offer Narain & Carun a test so they can show their speed relative to Di Resta & Sutil. That would be the best endorsement of Indian driving talent there is in my opinion. Only thing is if they prove fast, he'll have to sign them, AND pay them well, not something he is adept to doing.

I feel Vijay is more interested in finding someone with talent that he can sign up to a long term deal. As the only option for Indian talent, nearly every aspirant will cross his path, won't they.... And with an aspiring Indian talent, you can lean on other Indian firms for cash, but that's an incidental benefit I suppose....

I can't see a sustainable, long term, committed system like that of Red Bull. I give this initiative 2 years max.....

If you name your team Force INDIA then you have some balls to not support the Indian drivers on the grid - at least giving them tests in your car. Same with HRT.

Don't want to support the nationality, then take the name off your car and name it Force Vijay or something.

You're mixing apples and pears. IMO anyway. My views are as I said above.

Hey I was just interpreting what he said, no harm no foul.

Do you actually think before you type??
