The use of Wikipedia in finding the race track is allowed. I'm sure they must have a list of F1 tracks with pictures that you can match up to this. (hint hint! That's the 2nd clue)

Another and final clue, which is a bit of a giveaway!

This track only held 2 races which were both won by the same driver, but in different cars but with the same make of engine. This race is still held but at a different track.

I'd been looking at pictures and almost settled on Nivelles-Baulers, but couldn't be certain. Last clue did confirm it, though (after a little research, naturally); Fittipaldi with Ford-engined cars in '72 (Lotus) and '74 (McLaren). Race is now held at Spa-Francorchamps.

The track was meant as a safer alternative to Spa but was deemed far too safe and was pretty much flat and featureless. It looks like it is now the home of a business park.
