Couldnt care less that there may be some right wing papers, or even Murdoch controlling some big corporations, but the amount of stuff hes in control of in Britain alone, disgusting.
I genuinely feel the British people are the most tolerant in the world bar none, have always been and will always be, but the NOTW and the Sun almost single-handedly, along with the Daily Mail have gradually but consistently bred a wave of intolerance about people especially the working class who no doubt are its biggest readers, about everything.
Has anyone ever read the "quickie" bits of "news" about 30 words long that say: "a pensioner was robbed in his house on tuesday but mangaged to fend off potential burglars with his walking stick at 87 years old,two suspects are believed to be black males."
Now what.the.f*ck. is the point in telling people what race they were, no height, not name of town, no description of clothing, just race.
Batman does not read the NOTW, the people reading are not vigilantes, they do it as submerged racism, and you only have to clock on to the idea they might do that in their articles to start spotting it.
Funny how every family they show thats on benefits is not white-skined either, always afghan or pakistani with 10 children.
