They hold the record for most grid spot penalties handed to them.

We're getting closer ever so slowly :headpat:
Just think of it without the outside influence, i.e., all on their own.
What's the answer?

Like pulling teeth it is!

Ok, one last attempt... I'm exhausted. They hold the record (tied) for most grid spots lost during a GP start.

You'll get one for sure, and you'll learn heaps of absolutely useless facts here as a by-product :-)

I agree, some of the questions here are just too obtuse/hard, there is one particular culprit I'm thinking of, but, to protect his identity I'll just call him Mr X, or perhaps I should call him Mr D, or perhaps Mr D.D., and perhaps his favourite smilies might be  and :whip: .... anyway, lets just leave his identity anonymous.

Think we are waiting for Whats Burning to think of a question

Come on WB, lets get this show on the road - next question please :)

So F1 prides itself on being international... but what year saw the largest number of different driver nationalities? No you don't have to name them all, just the year and how many.

pure guess - '62. Hill's first championships and I think it was then that there were a few southern hemisphere drivers to go with the regular European and Americans.

Nope, but a good first attempt, surprisingly southern hemisphere drivers accounted for less than 1/3 of the grid this particular year.

I was thinking something more like... Brazillian, Swiss, South African, Austrian, Australian, Swedish, Argentinean, New Zealander, British, French, German, Italian, American, Liechtensteiner, Canadian, Danish, Dutch, Finnish, Belgian.

Now just place them in order of highest finish.
