I'm not sure who she is it was just a fullpage ad in the mag so she could be a real racer or just a model, I'll try and findout though.

That's Bonneville or some such salt flat, not F1. It's clearly an ad for something that has nothing to do with cars, and the girl is obviously just some anonymous model. I have every R&T from the 80s. If you could narrow it down I could go search for it.

I looked over the ad and it's for SPEEDVISION and on the otherside there is a pic of Motor Trend's 50th anniversary edition, down in the bottom left corner it say "copyright' 1999 American Honda Motor Co. Inc. So it's not as old as I thought it was, my bad .

Anyway it's pretty obvious it on one of the salt flat's, nothing to do with car's you are correct but she is a babe and this is the Pit babes & Player's section so I thought it was the appropriate section ?
