Seems McLaren are the fastest out of the blocks with a Red Bull like flexing front wing .... and it definitely passed the test in Valencia.

Here is Scarbs article on it.

Here's a video of it. I got to say I had to really watch the video incredibly closely to actually see it move, it is a very small movement, hard to believe it could achieve much.

Nothing compared to Redbull wing movement previously...I assume nearly every teams wing would move that much!

I agree. All the front wings flex just not too the extreme that we previously saw on the Redbull.

The movement is there alright... it's a different "principal" though than the way RedBull did theirs. It makes sense since a hinge wouldn't fail the load test as long as the front pivot is without play. Seems amazing that such a small movement can provide an advantage, but hey I'm not an aerodynamicist. :)

I'm pretty sure I saw ferrari's wing flexing in Valencia.

Did it flex this much were it was scraping the track, I think not.

i noticed it from an on-board camera. To me it appeared to move just as much as RBR's when watching theirs from an on-board camera.

Good for them. If someone isn't accusing you of cheating, your engineers aren't earning their keep.

I remember a time they didn't want it to flex. Back when the Mclarens had Marlboro livery, I think, the car was uncompetitive and they couldn't initially find the reason, until they discovered the front wing was flexing, and they strengthened it, and that solved one aero component of their problem.
