Hi. Am going to my first GP at the Nurburgring in July and am taking my 3 year old son. We live in Engand, so quite a road trip for us!

We plan on staying in Cologne (Koln) and I have booked reserved parking at the circuit. My question is what is the local traffic like around the circuit on race day? Can I expect long delays on the approach to the circuit?

Any other advice on things to do would be appreciated.

Make sure you have extra good ear protectors for the little one, other wise it will be a world of screaming from the noise. Plus you don't want him scared to go again
