I missed the show due to watching our football team lose once again, anyone have a video? I wonder if YouTube has it yet?

Well, I was impressed. I honestly thought that you stick any of the current F1 young drivers in the McLaren and they would have done well but having seen Hamilton on the Top Gear track in the wet and on oil and putting in that lap time...I have a lot more respect for his talent!

I wasn't that impressed with his driving. Yeah the time was impressive for the condition but he really didn't appear that smooth of a driver. Now MS would beat The Stig's time

It was a good drive, LH was relaxed and confident, but who could be fast AND smooth on a slippery track? MS fell off a number of times in the wet in F1, I wonder how smooth he would be in a Suzuki whatever on a slippery track?

I look forward to LH driving that car in dry conditions - Stigs time will tumble.

Hamilton's driving style is hardly a la Prost anyway.

What surprises me almost as most is how slow the others were. I mean, Webber is a decent driver so what was he doing?

It was wet for Webber, thats why he was slower.

As long as Robson goes sooner, the better. He's taken everything the club was about, passion, never say die, hard graft all created through the likes of Dave Bassett and Neil Warnock, and turned us into a bunch of lazy, overpaid pussies.

Anyway, Hamilton used the Liana as well, they kept it on for F1 drivers to use when they brought in the Chevrolet in to replace it as the "reasonably priced car". So whichever F1 driver appears next on Top Gear will also use the Liana.
