Without ever winning, who has lead the most laps and who holds that distinction for the current drivers?

Rosberg or Heidfeld as a current driver.... I'll go with Heidfeld. Brundle (a complete guess) for all time.

Well, you got the current, but not with Heidfeld, it is actually Rosberg. Brundle is not right, although he competed in over 150 GP's, he never led a GP. This driver led 183 laps in 96 GP appearances, but of course, he also never won a race.
