Yah the pit location is only a small variable in the whole scheme. Heck McLaren may produce a runaway setup and they could pit in the 'parking lot' and it would not matter.

Lets not forget Renault might be right next to them might be getting pretty cramped down that end of the pits.

Maybe Renault and McLaren will pay for track renovations before they get there hehe

If Renault do get bumped down the bottom I'm sure their neighbourly relations with McLaren will be good.
