Apparently Beckham is also invited to put on a Man United jersey. I'd record the match if Roy Keane would be playing as well, he practically made me a United fan.

Yes Beckham played. Final score was 2-1 in favour of Juve. Nice. I know it was only a friendly but it was good to see Man Utd lose on home turf to the greatness that can only be JUVE.

the greatness of juve, more like the gumps lol :hehe:

Yeah well Man Utd lost and they lost on home turf. And although it was a friendly, Man Utd didn't want to lose. In reality, in football there is no friendlies. Football = war. That is a reality. Anyway you lost and things happen in 3s. Your next loss will be your next game. And we all know who that will be against. :hehe:

Maybe Man United actually care for the 'real' match which they 'really' care about.

One retired player on the pitch, and a few other old guys haggling around the field, I'm surprised United only lost 1-2. Juve should be embarassed. :hehe:

Where is Juventus now?

It doesnt matter. Because of the Calciopli (Which was all a fabrication from Inter if you ask me), Juve were punished and are rebuilding. If you know anything about Italian football you would know that AC Milan had a similar fate back in 1980 where they were relagated for match fixing. Within 8 years they won what is now the CL and won many more to become a football power (Which they still are now). Juve are still rebuilding. Its only a matter of a few years before Juve are back to where they left off prior the Calciopoli of 2006. And with all the money the Agnelli family have, (the owners of Fiat, Juve, Ferrari and you know all the rest), Juve can have whoever they want.

In reality the likes of Man Utd are actually in debt. But not Juve. Anyone who knows anything about football knows that not many will be able to compete against Juve with the resourse they have. Maybe just other rich clubs with owners like Berlusconi of AC Milan can, or Oul Tycoon Moratti of Inter can, or maybe your Abromovichs of Chelsea or Spanish giants like Real or Barca. Either way Man Utd are lucky Juve are not in the EPL otherwise the Agnellis would just of become every Bandwagon United's worst enemy.

Juve had to be careful as well as approximetly 5 of the players that played in this game will be convocated to play in the upcoming Euro qualifiers. So Juve were actually not taking risks as well. I cannot remember the whole line up, but Marchiso, Pepe, Buffon and Chiellini played and they are likely to be called up for Italy and Krasic played who is likely to be called up for Serbia. There could be others, but that is all I can remember from memory.
