OK, the worst starting position for one of the current teams happened at Silverstone, 1954.
The next team, with the next worst starting position - actually this team achieved this starting position 3 times. The last time wasn't in Europe and the front row of the grid was Stewart, Revson, Hulme.
The 3rd team and it's worst starting grid position. Same track as one of the above two, and, at this race, none of the front row made it onto the podium.

Worst happened at Silverstone in 1954, the same manufacturer won the race.
Next worst, well this team actually got this grid position 3 times, the last being Watkins Glen '72.
The 3rd worst team achieved it's worst grid position at Watkins Glen in '71

The sum of these 3 grid positions is 89.
