The FiA looks set to introduce a a 3 strikes policy for driver reprimands.

3 reprimands (at least 2 driving related) in the same season and you get a 5 grid places penalty.

Dunno. This is just saying that manipulating the results is usually done, when/if it is done, to stop a boring championship. Vettel is the undisputed leader.
