So, for this one, I'm going to ask that, at least for your first attempts, don't use google/wiki etc cause the answer would be too easy there....

Ok, looked it up - won't post answers, but want to point everybody in the right directions:
the Japanese duo I suspected is one, there is an old Italian father-son combo and there are two German duos as well that haven't been mentioned so far...

Well the only italian I can think of is Ascari ,I know his dad was a driver but thought that was before F1.Has to be Nakajima for the japanese.Germans I have no clue
