That was a very special day for me as a Alesi fan :) . Guess I will have to shuffle through the pile and dig that one out.

Me too being in my home country and driving Gilles' number to boot! Just look at all those Canadians flooding the track. It had to be overly emotional for all of them. Plus I liked Alesi. I actually thought he was the best driver, in most respects. Last of the late brakers. People say that about some drivers now but really it's nothing like it was. He should have won a lot more times and Ferrari was robbed of several wins by reliability problems during that drought period. Canada 95 yessir we won't forget that day anytime soon!

Jackie Stewart and Damon Hill share a record that spans over a quarter century, what is it?

Could you word it another way? Something about wins in a season for a brit? or am I way off? Something about titles? I love these tough ones! If I can't get it, I like it!

I'm surprised this one has lasted this long... maybe it was the wording, but if I'm too specific...

But here's a hint, 1969 and 1995.

I've been looking at the stats for those drivers in those years and nothing stands out. It might be under my nose or it might be that you would never ask anything I could answer with Wikipedia. They are both OBEs Stewart in fact is a Knight but that has nothing to do with those years. Same goes for the fact that they both were/are in charge of the BRDC. And those aren't records anyway.

Nope, this is an official F1 stat. DAMN... Spanky? DD? Bud? Coronis? Bueller? It is a "right under your nose" stat, and If I give one more hint, it's practically giving it away.

I dunno, they only had 1 pointscoring race that wasn't a podium? No clue hahaha

I got it now i think, they are the only two drivers to win by a margin of 2 laps. In modern F1 at least. Spain '69 and Australia '95

Well my question is twofold, when was the last time two drivers from the same country were on the podium, who were they and what country? and the same for three drivers from the same country on the podium

1983 San Marino GP, Tambay leading home Prost and Arnoux (all French).
2010 Abu Dhabi GP, Hamilton and Button (British).

I'll blatantly steal this part of DD's answer which I didn't research. 1983 San Marino GP, Tambay leading home Prost and Arnoux (all French).

And I'll add, Malaysia 2011, Vettel and Heidfeld, (German) which I think was more recent than Lewis and Button last year. :D
