Red Bull owner says there will be no Formula 1 or Moto GP race there...

I have a quote from a German website called Kleine Zeitung here;

Dietrich Mateschitz, co-founder of drinks company Red Bull, believes that Formula 1 could return to Austria's A1 Ring, which has been renovated and renamed as the Red Bull Ring. F1 chief Bernie Ecclestone, who attended the official opening of the circuit on Saturday, said at the Turkish Grand Prix that a return to Austria was a "possibility".

As for Vettel;

Meanwhile, F1 champion Sebastian Vettel, who also attended the ceremony, said: "It would be very nice to drive a race here and I would be very happy if Formula 1 returns to the Red Bull Ring - preferably during my career!"
