We've all got our favourites through the times and what not, but given equal cars and conditions - who do you think will be the fastest F1 driver and why?

My vote's for Lewis - got the speed, has the guts to take it to other drivers and drives well in the rain.

You beat me to it bud although was gonna say Rosberg.

I wanted to say Trulli! His ponytail during Toyota days will never be forgotten.

I'll just say that it is about time that some of the Mclaren, Red Bull and Ferrari drivers don't finnish a race... :hehe::twisted:

We haven't had a really good first corner pile up in quite some time. Mcla-RedBul-arri pile of carbon fiber with a Mercedes or Renault win would be an interesting race.

Not a bad idea, at all... But, with Vettel winning, lol!

Nah, Vettel's car will have to be written off if a turn-1 pile-up is to be worthwhile :hehe:

Yeah, Vettel has enough of a lead that a good pile up has to involve him. I say Vettel, Hamilton and Alonso stack up three high going into turn one, setting off a drivers radio whining session so intense it blows up the F1 radio center. Button and Webber fight it out lap after lap for the entire race and then take each other out in the final corner of the last lap...leaving Schumacher with the win...afterwards he retires yet again. Mercedes then hire Juan booby-licious Montoya to drive Schuey's car....which he promptly piles into the back of Hamilton during the warm up lap of the next race... spraining Juans left breast and cutting short his season. Mika Hakkinen then makes a mercedes debut, discovers that the Merc has had it's parking brake engaged all along....and wins every race for the rest of the year...the end.

Parking brake. LOL

BTW... I thought when I first saw the thread title that the poster was trying to insinuate that they are all gay.
