I sometimes don't get these things because I've not lived in England all my life. But since I DO now actually live in England, and look after little kids...I love it!

We had the kids decorate a board with Union Jacks. We have pennants, brides and groom people, wedding cakes... The kids talk about it constantly. Union Jacks are everywhere at the moment. My dear ole ninety-year-old nan can't wait for the nuptials.

I've learned that British people are really, really good when it comes to tradition. God Luv em!

Its a cute couple actually..... the girl is pretty and the guy's a future king. i guess royalty is all about looking pretty and waving to little kids, so they should do a good job.....

Netherlands have a free day each yr... its a BIG massive nation-wide party: Koninginne dag. Everybody gets drunk. :drink:
