I doubt Kimi Raikkonen will be back now. He's won a world title and he then seemed to loose interest at Ferrari. He'll probably do a Hakkinen and turn "a break" into retirement from F1.
I agree with you about Grosjean, he didn't really get a great chance to show himself back in 2009. Unfortunately, most people will remember him for being part of that pile up on the first lap at Spa, involving Jenson Button and Lewis Hamilton. Hope he gets another chance.

As for this year's rookies, I'm sure we'll Di Resta in 2012, and hopefully Perez, although the latter has yet to soar to the heights he did in Melbourne. Bit of a rough outing at Shanghai... We also need to see more from Maldonado and D'Ambrosio, but given their current situations with their teams' form, it'll be hard for them.
I really, really want to see Nico Hulkenberg back. He really impressed me in the second half of 2010, and would most surely have been at Williams this year had it not been for financial reasons (I think Maldonado had a bulging wallet)...
