Perhaps we can begin to discuss something more productive. Three weeks to go... so lots and lots of time to kill. What will Ferrari bring to Turkey? Will Williams score a point this year? Can Sauber double points and not have to give them back? Can McLaren hope to stay in touch with the Red Bulls on this twisty track? Will Turkey 2011 be as memorable as Turkey 2010?

We may be looking at a rash of 1 flying lap attempts by various team in Q1, Q2 and Q3 all in order to save tires. BORING qualifying session I say if that's what we're left with.

One weekend like that, and they'd have to take a long serious look at a set of tires just for qualies completely separate from race day day tires.

Surely with 3 weeks off Red Bull will sort out KERS.

I think McLaren will be even more competitive in Turkey than in China. It would be good to see another car on the podium such as a Mercedes or Lotus Renault again.

While Redbull muck around with their KERS system, McLaren can press the pedal on the aero front. This is the perfect time to catch up and give them hell in Turkey!!

I look forward to Turkeys 2010 winner repeating the feat, and for Massa to outclass his No.1 teammate for the 3rd time in a row. :D

I predict there will be several hundred KG of rubber at the side of the track come the end of the race weekend! That's about the only thing that is for sure in Turkey

Last chance for Ferrari, catch up here and they can compete for both championships. Major updates planned.

This is ridiculous , your seeing your own prejudice against clear evidence. Ferrari have the chance to swap Alonso and Massa but they didn't. Alonso finished ahead of Massa in Australia.

What? I just said I hope Massa does better than his more highly rated teammate again! What's your deal?

If you still think Ferrari see their drivers as EQUAL, well you have every right to think that! It doesn't mean the rest of the F1 world are fooled now are they?

Let's just enjoy the 3 week break, maybe Ferrari might break into the podium in Turkey. More the merrier.

Well your basically calling being made number 1 driver a token position, or at least one not worthy of switching team mates around?

Looking for a race as intense as last year with RBR and McLaren, without the stupid crashing...

I wonder if the RB7 will be able to take turn 8 flat without the DDD... Turkey is still an awesome track. I also wonder if anti clockwise specialist Massa will be back in the mix

If button had not cut the corner to pass massa I don't think massa and alonzo would have switched

I agree he benefitted from them two fighting. Alonso needs to work on his race starts he has lost out in every race so far into the first corner. Can be said it's been a weak spot of his career.

He was doing well at starts when Renault had that dreaded Launch control with their unique balance. He used to overtake 5-6 cars at the start with that!

But of course, given the technology any driver could perform that feat. Alonso needs to lay off the alcohol and wake up when the lights are about to go out. The guy's got a reaction problem. Last year in China he made a jumpstart.
