After P1 + P2 I have no hope for Race Day  I just hope things do not become like 2000 with Schumi, because yeah for the RBR boys it is pretty cool but com'on? It will get pretty boring after a while.

Hahaha, we weren't together back then... :hehe:
I met her couple of months later. :wavey:

So you actually meant that word? :yikes: Well there are worse words...like coitus. :hehe:

I think McLaren are keeping up with Redbull in developments so far but thats it. They really have to step it up and go head to head by the first European race to have a solid chance of fighting them for the Championships! The good part of this season so far is seeing Ferrari most likely having to write off this year by half distance. Redbull will be out of touch by then. :whip:

I think F1 could become boring, I really hope China can throw some sort of excitement in the mix

Its ok man, i like it this way.

But there will surely be plenty of overtaking (if thats what you mean by excitement), the DRS is actually doing a pretty job in ensuring that!

I just hope Ferrari and Mercedes will keep up with Red Bull and McLaren...

LOL, why of course you do, if Ferrari and Mclaren werent trading places for second/ third grid rows theyd of probably beaten Red Bull to some titles.

If we can keep it just two teams (Mclaren being one) going for it, they got the best chance of stopping the Vettel train!

Historically, it does bode the long weekend for the competition when Vettel sets the pace in P1.

Depends on your perspective, dunnit? For about five years, you knew if that Armstrong chap showed well in the prologue of the Tour de France, the race's outcome was certain. Some fans enjoyed watching anyway because they recognised they were witnessing a history-making performance. Others would just as soon have spent the next three weeks on holiday at seashore and tuned back in once the race finally had got to Paris.

To me, when it's the same driver repeatedly who can't be caught, I'm not watching something boring, I'm watching something breathtaking. I do not number among those who believe Vettel is an ordinary driver who benefits from a car a chimp could win in. To the contrary, the exceptional driver elevates the station of his team. I think we are seeing a symbiotic relationship between F1's most genius designer in years and an extraordinary driver whose talents are perfectly suited to the nature of the competition in this era of über-fragile cars.
