I think you can delete if no-one else has replied; but don't hold me to that; it's been a while since I have seen the mere-mortal controls But you can request that a post is deleted by contacting a moderator or administrator; 99% of the time we will happily oblige but your post makes sense in context so I wouldn't worry about it!

Remember kids, Practice Times are meaningless. That doesn't mean Red Bull aren't ahead, just that we don't know what their advantage is at this stage.

As JensonB says; practice times are not a good indicator of true pace; practice is more about running their individual test programs; with the testing so limited in F1 now; the teams use the practice sessions to test new parts as much as setup the car for the race... I always ignore FP times, the true indicator is in qualifying, although I'd expect Vettel to take pole but not by 2 seconds!

My beef with this is I'd want to see McLaren being 2 seconds quicker in Practice...this would mean they might have that SLIM chance of getting pole come Qualifying! Redbull don't even show their true hand in Practice.

The gap will be similar to that one in Malaysia, maybe a bit better for Red Bull.

Well, that's almost sure thing. The thing that could suprise us all is Mercedes team, they will be fighting for the third row with Renault and Massa (Alonso still has problems with his rear wing)...
