Has just hit England, and I'm loving it to death.

He's stuck in the tank! What happens in episode 2????? OK! Don't tell me. But, does it keep getting better? Or is it one of those series that just fizzles out...

Lol, it's not just hit the UK, it was on FX months ago... I loved it, can't wait for the next series!! But then I love all zombie flicks, especially Shaun of the Dead, and the original George Romero Night of the Living Dead and Dawn of the Dead... :)

You only had it 5 days before us... :D It premiered in the US on 31st October 2010, and premiered here in the UK on FX on 5th November 2010... I don't know how so many people missed it first time round! :)

Ok, i thought it was just aired. I was it excited when it first came out. ( UK should have to wait for our shows like we wait for Top Gear ) LOL

Im sure most people know but it was based on a comic book or novel, what ever you call them

Maybe because not everyone in the UK has FX, sherlock :wavey: <- added smiley because said in joking manner which is sometimes lost in internet conversations :D Channel 5 just started airing the episodes.

Also, the main character is British. He's the love-struck guy from Love Actually who had the hots for his best-friend's girlfriend, aka Kiera Knightly.

Anyway! I can't wait for the next episode, I've watched the first episode three times, think I'm hooked *need popcorn eating smiley but can't find it*

Yeah, he was in Chris Ryan's Strike Back on Sky last year too which was brilliant - shame they killed him off as I'd like to have seen another series of that... :(

It's just amazed me that Channel Five have gone on this massive advertisement campaign to promote the Walking Dead, and seem to be inferring that it's the UK premier of the show... and I can kind of understand it because as you say FX is hardly a mainstream channel, but it's a bit deceptive none the less.... a funny story did come out of it though.... Personally I think it's hilarious... - http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1376415/Walking-Dead-billboard-funeral-parlour-Now-IS-product-placement.html?ito=feeds-newsxml

It is a great show, really looking forward to the next series!!

Okay, I'm now four episodes in and still loving it. They do a really good job alternating between background/character stories and pure teeth-shattering terror :yikes:

Plus, Shane is very, very sexy.
