- 07 Apr 11, 15:59#249795I'm just happy that as per last night my team (the mighty Saint Mirren!)
are all but safe from relegation from the Scottish Premier League after their second home win in 5 days.
Atmosphere at both games was amazing.
Nice to hear someone in Scotland supporting someone other than Celtic/Rangers
nice, but im sorry to say that scottish football is a dead loss
Robert, what purpose does that statement achieve? As a completely friendly piece of advice I'm going to say that (and not just on this thread), sometimes you
really need to think before opening your mouth / posting - it's starting to really irritate me at times - many of the statements you make and have made at various times serve literally
no purpose except for being inflamatory. I don't think you mean it, but it is a fact that this is not a one off example. That's the one and only time I'm going to mention it. Please have a think about it.
McLaren - Yeah, there is a substantial epidemic of Scottish fans only supporting one half of the old firm, and it's not healthy. There's no joy in supporting a club where you're expecting to win every week, and being furious when you're beaten perhaps six times in total in a season... I'd rather have the elation of an unexpected win over one of the big boys (see Saint Mirren beating Celtic 4-0 last year), or a hard fought victory over a local rival. It means more. I love supporting Saint Mirren!
