Oh, and worst livery is HRT. The car looks like someone puked on it, and lets not forget the lame "THIS IS A COOL SPOT"...." THIS IS THE END OF CAR"...wtf?? this is a serious business, not abstract art.

I agree about HRT being terrible looking... I sorta thought "This is a cool spot" was a sort of enticement for advertisers to buy that spot on their car. I didn't see the "this is the end of car" one you refer to.

i'm just saying silver seems to be overused, and when it comes to adding color on the track, silver kinda blends in with the rest of the muted colors. I think the fact that both McLaren and Mercedes are basically silver, it serves to make both liveries looks bland

Going back to Renault colour, personally I missed having a predominantly black car on the grid. I think they have tried to go for the look of Mansells JPS car of 88 -

Agree that Renault could have thought more carefully about the sponsor's colours on their Black/gold livery though!

That's exactly what they did. They've made no bones about it, it's a throwback livery. Yes, a throwback livery to a team they have literally nothing to do with whatsoever in any way, shape or form.

I must say that the Renault livery is my favorite of the year. And I love Heidfeld's helmet. I love the "throwback" livery they are running. Very cool, very cool

The HRT livery from this year looks like something a child put together. Its hard to say if it is an improvement from last year. Maybe they are both just as ugly.

Not liking it is one thing, but saying it looks like a child designed it is a little demeaning. Then again, I'd rather look at something a child put together than corporation logos plastered on every surface.
