All I know is Vettel couldn't beat Paul di Resta in the same car,and barely beat a #2 Mark Webber.
Jenson had the title wrapped up by the 7th race.

Like I said,Vettel is making a rocket car look bad.

Performance in other series has never been a guarantee when you move into F1, plenty of guys have dominated in lower series and gone nowhere in an F1 car. Hell everyone's friend Kobayashi was pretty average in GP2 and look at everyone praising him now.

How is winning WDC and helping the team to a WCC making the car look bad exactly?

Superstars shine at an early age,and that includes most sports.I can name 8-9 drivers better than Kobayashi,so he's still pretty average. The way he had to win it made it clear,he was a botched strategy away from having no title.

Care to take a look at how many youngest to do x records Vettel has? Or how he actually did shine in other early series?

Also regarding AD. One race doesn't make up the championship, last year everyone had problems and made mistakes. At the end of the year Vettel had the most points so he won.

Where do you guy's come up with some of this stuff?

Please elaborate.

Think he means the petty talk about the nature of Jenson and Vettels WDC wins.

Okay. Well, i did try and get back on topic after the OP asked, but that same person didn't reciprocate my efforts afterward! :P

Not really...you were both on topic and off.

Anyway, no one seems to be interested in Horners PR skills. :crying: Superstars like Jenson and Vettel have owned this thread. Interesting discussion anyway. :D

And start naming those 8-9 current f1 drivers better than Kobayashi.

1 Hamilton
2 Button
3 Alonso
4 Massa
5 Webber
6 Vettel
7 Kubica
8 Rosberg
9 Schumacher
:wavey:

Yeah right, Kubica isn't a current f1 driver.

Webber isn't that impressive, Massa's been floundering, so has Schumacher.

Kobayshi has put in some very impressive performances in a pretty bad car, that Sauber had some massive reliability problems at the start of last season.

He out qualified Schumacher in Australia.

Has Button shown more than Kobayashi when he was driving around in mediocre cars?

If you really believe what you wrote I suggest you stop watching F1 immediately because you don't understand it. No further explanations necessary.

Yeah, screw explaining stuff, who needs that. Lets just go with what you say.

Also, I feel sorry for your school teachers, if you really believe that if you have the attitude that if you don't understand something you should just go and do something else.

Are you really a schoolboy Fler?

Do you really need explaining as to why Button,Massa,Webber and Schumi are better than Kobayashi?
#249877
Maybe they are/were better...but no harm thinking Kobayashi has the potential to do more than those guys have done...except for Schum-meister of course.
#249892
Well... Mr. Horner did certainly open a can of worms, that's for sure.

how many damm worms were in that can. :hehe: I think some other members of the forum have supplied their own worms on this thread.
