Honestly can't find any difference between 'yardbird' and 'chicken'.

One in the same . What is deemed 'rats with wings' ie Pigeon in the US is eaten and considered good eats in Europe, heck I would eat one ! Anywho I slow roasted some 'yardbird' today until the meat fell off the bone, yummage it was.

Strange thing though I cannot find my cat!!
