Well, doesn't seem like its working according to the people that claim Massa's struggles are psychological!!
What Rob is there to do is to keep Massa "in the race", anything else is secondary... i'm sure the psychological treatment gets done outside the 50+ laps of a gp.
People, please stop babying Massa, he is a strong enough character; if he isnt performing is not because he's demoralized.
