Wow, didnt realise the passion of my fellow forumners.

Havent come close to shedding a tear for Lewis.

Lewis got a tear to my eye when he won in Canada for the first time, I was in spain and I supported him :irked: I have no idea why...I wasn't on here at the time and liked Kimi too, a confussing time and I shed a tear in spain (holiday) when he won. A spannish bar tender was angryyy as hell that he beat Nando loool!

But I think certain drivers will effect you. I never shed a tear for Schumi when he won for Ferrari over and over again. But when JB, last lap, last corner broke down and he was set for a podium, Schumi took him? My heart sank and my mates where like you love Ferrari though? I said I know but JB is my fav driver...

I got bullied from my fellow Tifosi.

After a pages worth of shedding a tear for your (insert favorite driver's name here) let's keep this thread relating to the next GP.

Maybe you guys can create a thread specifically for GP tears shed... two even, one for tears of joy and one for tears of pain. But you had to have actually cried. :crying:

I dont know...I just think F1 is beautiful sport....NO? But now I never cry  I was P!$$3D half the time people won too...

MALAYSIA in 1 week, Pole will go to Hamilton. Given that Seb will be under preassure and testing the KER, I think they make a few mistakes here and there.

I can't get enough F1 coverage. I swear if they had dedicated F1 channel that covered every nuance of the sport it would be on in the background 24/7 :D

Where i live they have a golf channel... not saying anything about golf but please, wouldnt a pure motorsports channel be better?
#248925
we have the 'speed' channel here but honestly all I care about is F1. and in the US you'd be lucky to get coverage of qualifying let alone any pre qualy/pre race buildup show and practice sessions coverage, so i usually have to get creative to get all the coverage I want

Horner doesn't expect a Red Bull walkover
Sunday 03rd April 2011, 09:53

Christian Horner has played down his Red Bull teams dominance over their competitors, denying the 2011 season will be a walkover for the outfit.
That comes despite Sebastian Vettel qualifying almost eight tenths ahead of second place man Lewis Hamilton, an ominous result for the McLaren team and more so Ferrari with Fernando Alonso a further six tenths behind the McLaren.
When asked if the season would be a walkover for Red Bull, Horner replied: "I totally doubt that will be the case.
"We know Jenson Button, Lewis Hamilton and Fernando Alonso will be hugely competitive at forthcoming races," he told the BBC.
The Red Bull team principal is under no illusion that McLaren and Ferrari will make huge performance gains over the next few races, allowing them to challenge the Milton Keynes team.
"We can't underestimate our rivals," he added. "Ferrari with the heritage, quality of personnel and resources they have, they will come back strongly with Fernando maybe at the next race.
"And we saw the steps McLaren made from being woefully uncompetitive [during pre-season testing] to being right there with some modifications."
Red Bull won't make it easy though, Horner is confident his team can out-develop their rivals to stay ahead.
"It will effectively be an arms race this year in terms of development and getting performance from the car.
"We take nothing for granted, there's no sense of throttling back because we think we're competitive - we're very keen to build on the performance we saw in Melbourne at the weekend."

Here you go...

It's there, you just have to look for it. We get the practice streamed, and the the half hour race pre-show and even an hour long show dedicated to the coming GP usually shown the eve before qualifying.

So I don't think the problem stems from us not getting the content, I think the problem has more to do with that content being completely irrelevant in the media outside of the hard core fans.
