Big question is if Hamilton's car will be ruled to be in an illegal state by the officials

Won't happen

Great race and great news, Red Bull seems to be not as powerful as it could like before... but we'll see in the next few races.
Great driving for Lewis, specially considering the situation of his car.
Renault... I just can wonder what could Kubica done with that car... hope he get ready to race really soon.
"Under investigation" for cutting a corner?... that was bad.

What was Jenson thinking?

Anyway a nice start to a season, Red Bull still dominant but I think McLaren has a nice chance to catch up, because their car is practically NEW and there should be a lot of improvement to find.
So happy for Petrov, really hope he can maintain that level during the season and have less stupid accidents.

Good race. Alonso fairly destroyed Mark but not enough laps left to get Petrov. But fair play to Petrov, he drove brilliantly.

Ferrari need to bring some upgrades to the F150 quick smart.

Pretty good race really, strategies didn't work out for some people, did for others. Mega performance from Petrov, who would easily get my driver of the day nomination, although Pérez was fantastic with that one-stop strategy, too. How on Earth did he get the tyres to hold on for that long? Paul di Resta performed solidly, maturely and I think that we will see him put in some very good races later on in the season.

Disappointed by the double-retirements of Williams and Mercedes, really feel sorry for Rosberg as that move from Barrichello was crazy. Also had higher hopes from Webber and Button, but at least they registered points finishes and there are still plenty of races to go. :)

Congratulations are in order for Vettel, who drove a good (if perhaps a little boring) race, and Hamilton who I wouldn't have put on the podium based on testing performance.

Roll on Malaysia.

Like I said, Vettel DOMINATION!:clap::clap:
:cloud9:

Hamilton almost lost it there, his mistake is the reason. But, he was nowhere near Vettel, I watched some interviews, their goal was to keep him at least 3-4 seconds off.

Button said that Massa was really too slow, much slower than Alonso, and that he just had to cut the curve, or to lose it.

Webber... Hmmm, well, This is the part where you can say that RB isn't really that good. At the end of the race he just pulled over, some technical problems, or he was pissed!

Great day for Petrov, Perez, Kobi was also good!

So, I'm off to sleep now, really tired.

Enjoy!

Dont know yet if Lewis going off was a result of the underfloor damage or the cause of it. Either way he did damn well to get 2nd with it and he was closing down vettel before it happenned.

It looked like it was damaged before he went off.

Yep. I watched the replay many times and even before he hit the curb, the tray was rubbing the ground. Really hoping for no changes to race result due to this, Lewis couldn't have gained an advantage from this.

No chance they'll throw the car out for that. They're stupid, but they're not that stupid.

No way!
Then FIA will have to DQ every car that has incidents and breaks or loses parts in the process.
IIRC last year someone drove for 30+ laps with a broken FW scraping the ground.

If FIA takes away his trophy I wont watch F1 any longer
