Revolution is the thing that can happen in every country. If people want the sudden change, they will arrange it. And they don't need NATO for that, do they?

The rebels will probably have an easier time with military assistance. . .

Or the military could just end up crushing the rebels.

Or they could all be killed randomly by a foreing bombing!

Sadly enough, american army does what it wants and makes us look like war mongers.

We demand respect from other countries for NATO and UN settlements, but we constatly disregard them ourselves. It is hypocrytical

In this case, it is sanctioned by the UN. Many European countries are involved in this.

*By West I also mean other countries where english is spoken (not just USA and UK, but also Australia, New Zeland...)

West is also France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Scandinavia etc. And I think the western media is better informed than anywhere else in the world. Especially in dictatorships who control the media with their own propaganda.

Well, for instance, I believe my country is by far more informed then yours. And, your country is by far richer and more developed. What do you think that is so?

They need NATO/UN to ensure that it comes with the least amount of bloodshed possible. If the UN/NATO had done nothing, possibly thousands of Libyans would have been dead now thanks to Gadaffi, all in a effort to quell the rebellion.

The western Media is far more free than the Serbian media you've only been free of Slobodan Milosevic for 10 years, so the Serbian Media isn't as fully developed as the likes of western media such as the BBC.

I think the western media is underestimated. We have Journo's on the ground living the experience telling the rest of us what is happening yet we have others saying it's not accurate. bullpoo it 's not!

How can you comment on another countries media? Have you lived there long enough for the local news to effect you? You each believe your own media is the best because that's all you've experienced.

'Well my black cat is blacker than your black cat.'

Get a grip.

I can comment all I want because i have the right to free speech.

That you have, but what your saying sounds pathetic.

I know you were talking about international media, but to have to local news of a foreign country become relevant to you then you must have spent some time in that country, therefore experienced enough of their international stuff to be able to make comment with out being laughed at.

No, I can rate journalism over the web.

And the BBC is very impartial compared with a country that was only until 10 years ago been under a dictatorship.
