dont worry bud, AKR wants to go and get a grip with herself! silly mare

Who asked for your 2 cents? Get back in your box. :bs:

well you should shut up and stop telling bud about australian culture! and oh yeah your going to lose against man utd

and no i wont get back in my box

AKR for the benefit of us all go and do one love

Its my Australian friends who I have told that feel offended by his claims that Aussue Rules Football is part of Australian culture. Anyway I don't know why I waste time with him. He can think what he wants, and if someone he speaks to face to face doesn't like what he says then let them deal with it. I am not relying to anymore of his posts on this thread.

As for Man Utd beating us. I din't care if you do in the Premier League as we are not going to win that. But in the Champions, you are going down. Last year an Italian club won, the year before a Spanish club, the year before that an English club, the year before an Italian club and before that Spanish. Seems to be the trend. Spanish, Italian then English. So if that keeps up then an English club will win this year and that will be Chelsea.

Ok your point is taken, we'll end our arguement now
going to beat us in the champions leaugue?, yeahh surreeee  and oh the last time we played you in the CL, didnt we win on penalties? :hehe: oh and fernando torres?, 50 million WHAT A DISATER!!!!:rofl:

Yes you won on penalties, not exactly a great way of winning. In reality the game was a draw but there had to be a winner so that is why there are dreaded penalty shoot outs. Lampard missed and gifted you the win. The tie between us now will not be decided by penalties. Unlikely anyway as it is over 2 legs. As for Torres, there I agree with you. I guess Liverpool was made a favour. For the money they got for Torres they bought 2 better players. Kind of reminds me of Barca when they gave Eto plus money to Inter for Ibrahimovic in which they one year later sold to AC Milan. Makes no sense when Eto is better.

yes i agree, penalties is a cruel way of winning, i honestly believed it was all over, until terry hit the post, well personally with torres, i think he needs a complete break and have like weeks doing zero, absolutely nothing, then come back into pre season and go from there, because mentally he looks torn away, and thats a good example too.

Spot on Rob, he has and is having a bad season. Dissapointing, you would of thought £50 Mill might have made him happy ;-)

Not much of a big football matches watcher, but I support Liverpool and Arsenal.

Liverpool? We stole Torres

£50m; hardly a steal is it? :hehe: Liverpool will be the happier of the two teams right now!

To be fair to Torres he hasn't been fit for over a year now.Got injured about two months before the world cup and basicly hobbled his way through it.Since then its been stop start for him.I think with a good rest and injury free pre-season he will be back to something like his best next season.

Actually before his move to Stamford Bridge he was starting to regain some form and looking good in a red shirt; since his move to a blue shirt he has regressed; I simply think he doesn't fit in very well with the Chelsea setup; at Liverpool he had a team moulded around him; at Chelsea he is just one of many top strikers that the manager can pick from!

Slovenija 0, ITALIA 1. NIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIICE. I was at the game too. :hehe:

By the way football has too many politics. There are the Slovenes that like Italy, there are the Slovenes who are affilated in some ways to Italy and then there are the ones who do not like Italy (These ones were giving the whistle bad chants to the Italians). My guess is that it is because Slovenija and Croatia have had an ongoing argument of who owns a piece of sea close to both countries (which has not been resolved) but Italy has clearly said they support Croatia. Football and poltics, somehow they always get mixed in with each other. :bs:
