I do not think so. I have Australian friends who will tell me quite clear that they do not like Aussie Rules, that they are full blooded Aussies and your comments would offend them quite clearly. Who the hell are you to make such claims anyway. Maybe you should meet up with these Australian friends of mine. Tell them what so called footy culture they are supposed to have to be Australian and I can guarentee you that you will land yourself in very deep waters. Oh and these Australian friends are of Irish and Anglo descent not Italian, Greek, Croatian etc. Although I have friends of those backgrounds too. I just had to mention that because otherwise the first thing you would say is "immigrant" Australians and blah, blah, blah. Clearly this is not the case. So you pedict a Inter vs Chelsea and Barca vs Real semi. Exactly what I predict. I just hope Real do not win it and if Man Utd happen to beat the Blues, that they also do not win it. Cannot stand either Real or Man Utd. I do not even like Inter but at least they are Italian. However if Inter plays Chelsea I am barricking for Chelsea. One cannot like Juve and want Inter to actually win it, not a second time that is for sure.

Football wise there are the Euro 2012 qualifiers. Slovenija vs Italy to be played here in Ljubljana. wow this looks like it is going to be fun afterall. FORZA ITALIA. Its my Australian friends who I have told that feel offended by his claims that Aussue Rules Football is part of Australian culture. Anyway I don't know why I waste time with him. He can think what he wants, and if someone he speaks to face to face doesn't like what he says then let them deal with it. I am not relying to anymore of his posts on this thread.

As for Man Utd beating us. I din't care if you do in the Premier League as we are not going to win that. But in the Champions, you are going down. Last year an Italian club won, the year before a Spanish club, the year before that an English club, the year before an Italian club and before that Spanish. Seems to be the trend. Spanish, Italian then English. So if that keeps up then an English club will win this year and that will be Chelsea.

Yes you won on penalties, not exactly a great way of winning. In reality the game was a draw but there had to be a winner so that is why there are dreaded penalty shoot outs. Lampard missed and gifted you the win. The tie between us now will not be decided by penalties. Unlikely anyway as it is over 2 legs. As for Torres, there I agree with you. I guess Liverpool was made a favour. For the money they got for Torres they bought 2 better players. Kind of reminds me of Barca when they gave Eto plus money to Inter for Ibrahimovic in which they one year later sold to AC Milan. Makes no sense when Eto is better.
